A group is honoring South Dakota’s sole congressman. The Center for Effective Lawmaking has named Dusty Johnson the “most effective House Republican” on agriculture in the 117th Congress. This is the second time Johnson has received the recognition. CEL also ranked Johnson 14th overall out of his 222 House Republican colleagues. Johnson has sponsored many agriculture bills in the current congressional session.
