Black Hills State women’s soccer has released its schedule for the 2023 season, a 17-game slate that includes seven home games.
Of the 17 matches, there will be five non-conference games and 12 RMAC games. The Yellow Jackets home schedule consists of one non-conference bout and six RMAC matches.
The Yellow Jackets will kick-off their 2023 season at Dakota Wesleyan on Saturday, Sept. 2 before facing off with Mount Marty the next day, Sunday, Sept. 3.
Two more non-conference matches with Carroll College on Thursday, Sept. 7 and Minot State on Saturday, Sept. 9 lead up to BHSU’s home opener on Thursday, Sept. 14 against MSU Billings.
The team opens RMAC play at home a week later on Thursday, Sept. 21 against Colorado Christian, and then hosts Metro State on Sunday, Sept. 24.
A pair of road weekends follow that home stretch, with the Yellow Jackets set to take on Colorado School of Mines on Friday, Sept. 29 and Colorado Mesa on Sunday, Oct. 1. Then the next weekend, BHSU travels to New Mexico Highlands on Friday, Oct. 6 and Adams State on Sunday, Oct. 8.
BHSU returns home the following weekend to host UC Colorado Springs on Thursday, Oct. 12 and CSU Pueblo on Sunday, Oct. 15, and then is home once again against Fort Lewis on Friday, Oct. 20 and Western Colorado on Sunday, Oct. 22 to wrap up the team’s 2023 home schedule.
One more road set at Westminster on Friday, Oct. 27 and at Regis on Tuesday, Oct. 31 concludes the 2023 RMAC regular season before the RMAC Women’s Soccer Tournament runs from Sunday, Nov. 5 to Sunday, Nov. 12.
