The eastbound lanes of I-90 near Sturgis are expected to open in time for rally traffic. The interstate has been under construction all summer, but crews are working to ensure both sides are ready for visitors. The South Dakota Department of Transportation says crews will return after the rally to wrap up their work. The entire project is expected to be complete by late October.
