FAITH, S.D. – The South Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the man who died in a single-vehicle crash Sunday near Faith as Sean Hanlon Walker of Douglas, Wyoming.
According to investigators, Walker was driving a 2023 Chevrolet Malibu eastbound on U.S. Highway 212 near mile marker 100 when the vehicle left the roadway, entered a ditch and struck a tree.
Walker sustained fatal injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
The crash occurred west of Faith in Meade County. The South Dakota Highway Patrol continues to investigate the incident.
