Black Hills Energy says parts of the Southern Black Hills — including Hot Springs, Edgemont, Provo, and Ardmore — may face a Public Safety Power Shutoff today, March 12, between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. due to high fire danger.
The utility says downtown Hot Springs and Edgemont are not expected to be affected, but customers will get alerts by text, email, and phone if shutoffs are activated.
