WALL, S.D. — The Wall Celebration PRCA Rodeo has been named the 2026 PRCA Badlands Circuit Small Rodeo of the Year, with the honor announced Saturday night during the Badlands Circuit Finals in Minot, North Dakota.
The award is voted on by PRCA and WPRA contestants, rodeo committees, stock contractors, and PRCA personnel, recognizing excellence in event production, contestant conditions, and hospitality.
Organizers credited the honor to the support of volunteers, sponsors, committee members and the partnership with Muddy Creek Pro Rodeo of Scenic, which also enjoyed a strong showing at the circuit finals.
Muddy Creek’s Black Mamba earned Badlands Circuit Bareback Horse of the Year honors, while Bugsy was named Saddle Bronc of the Year. Another Muddy Creek horse, Chicken Whisper, was selected as the Saddle Bronc of the Finals.
The award caps another successful season for the Wall rodeo, one of western South Dakota’s premier summer rodeo events and a fixture on the Badlands Circuit schedule.
