GILLETTE, S.D. – Rapid City-based Monument Health is expanding its regional health care network by opening a new clinic in Gillette, Wyoming.
The Monument Health Gillette Clinic began seeing patients this week and will continue caring for more than 21,000 patients previously served at the facility. Monument Health is leasing the former Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic building and has retained the existing care team to help ensure a smooth transition for patients.
The clinic offers primary care along with specialty services including cardiology, neurology, pulmonology, nephrology, and sleep medicine. On-site services include laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and a specialty pharmacy.
Monument Health officials say the expansion will improve access to specialists and medical resources for residents in northeastern Wyoming while reducing the need for some patients to travel to western South Dakota for care.
Additional specialty services are planned as the clinic grows, and patients will also have access to Monument Health’s broader regional network and Mayo Clinic consultation resources.
